Gulf Bank Sponsors the ?Children?s Assembly? Special Needs Event

Kuwait ? April 18, 2010: Gulf Bank recently sponsored the ?Children?s Assembly? special needs event at the ?Dor Al-Raaya Center? in Sulaibikhat, held under the Patronage of Sheikha Intisar Al-Mohammed Al-Sabah. The event was aimed at celebrating arts among those with special needs.  A range of fun filled activities, dances and poetry were performed.

The event started off with a word from a member of the ?Children?s Assembly? along with a poetry recital by a young student. Many fun competitions were also held and a Kuwaiti band was present to sing traditional songs.

Gulf Bank representatives handed out gifts to the special need students and received a memento at the end of the ceremony as a token of appreciation to the Bank for sponsoring the event.

Gulf Bank continues to support special needs development throughout the year, reiterating the Bank?s commitment to the wider community.
