Gulf Bank Sponsors Special Education Schools’ Activities
Thursday April 24, 2008 – Gulf Bank has announced its support for a number of educational activities organized by the Schools for Special Education as part of the Bank’s commitment to developing a better and prosperous future for Kuwait.
The Schools for Special Education organized an entire week’s worth of events for their students titled “Getting together to promote awareness”, where students were able to showcase their individual talents.
“Gulf Bank is pleased to support such events as we strongly believe in promoting education to Kuwait’s youth, developing their talents into positive endeavors while also creating awareness through the exhibition of their work,” explained Fawzy Althunayan, General Manager- Board Affairs.
Gulf Bank is wholly committed to its social responsibilities with constant support to organizations such as KACCH, Kuwait Association for the Care of Children in Hospital, and the National Union for Kuwaiti Students. It is also a major corporate sponsor of Injaz-Kuwait, a non-profit non-governmental organization dedicated to educating youth about business, economics and entrepreneurship.
