Gulf Bank Supports Kuwaiti Youth in Injaz Regional Competition
Kuwait: May 9 2008 - Gulf Bank has demonstrated its ongoing support for Kuwait’s future generation through its sponsorship of Injaz Kuwait’s participation in the Injaz Arab Regional Competition that took place in the Sultanate of Oman from the 4-7 May.
“Gulf Bank is proud to be the corporate sponsor of Injaz Kuwait and firmly committed to helping Kuwait’s future generations,” said Surour Alsamerai, Gulf Bank’s General Manager, Human Resources.
“As a sponsor of the Injaz Regional Competition, Gulf Bank is proud to be actively showcasing our promise towards sponsoring and promoting Kuwaiti youth-related events,” he added.
Gulf Bank is delighted to help aiding Kuwait’s youth and business leaders of tomorrow through exposing them to the many and varied opportunities and challenges that face individuals in today’s sophisticated business world.
Gulf Bank’s commitment to Kuwait’s youth is shown through its work as a major supporter of the National Union of Kuwaiti Students (NUKS), its offering of summer internship programs and through its Freedom account and Red Program that are specially tailored for school and university students, respectively.
The Bank’s major commitment to the development of Kuwaiti human resources has also been recognised by its success in winning first place in the prestigious Localization Award from the GCC Council of Ministers of Labour and Social Affairs for the third year in a row.
