Gulf Bank Announces the Telebanking Monthly Award Winners for June and the Quarterly Award Winners
Kuwait –13 September, 2009: Gulf Bank’s Telebanking team is committed to providing superior customer experience set against relentlessly ‘customer-driven’ priorities. To recognize the outstanding contribution of the Telebanking team, Gulf Bank held the sixth Telebanking Employee Recognition Ceremony to recognize the top performers from the Telebanking team during the month of June 2009 and also for their record breaking results in key performance areas during the second quarter of 2009.
The Telebanking Awards Ceremony took place on the 27th of August 2009 at Gulf Bank’s Head office and several Telebanking team members were recognized and awarded.
The “Star Performance Award” for an outstanding performance during the month of June 2009 was given to 8 Telebanking team members:

Eman Juma'a Wedad Al-Hadad Ahmad Al-Tarrah
Zainab Ahmad Reham Sarhan
The winner of the ‘Manager of the Month’ Award was Jawad Hussain and the ‘Employee of the Month’ Award went to Wedad Al-Hadad. Ahmad Al-Fassam, Esraa Abdulredha and Ghassan Salloum were the recipients of the ‘Quality Champion Award of the month’.
Gulf Bank also awarded staff awards for excellent performance during the second quarter of 2009 and awarded the following: Employees’ category: the award went to Iman Jumaa; Manager’s category Kefah Doba and the “Quality Champion Award’ for the second quarter went to Ahmad Al-Fassam, Samayel Mahrous and Ghassan Salloum.
Mr. Russell Sandlin, Head of the Contact Center and Mr. Abdulwahab Al-Musallam, HR Business Partner for Retail, were present to congratulate the winners and give away the trophies, certificates and monetary prizes reinforcing the key message that ‘good people are behind all good businesses’.
