Gulf Bank Announces the Telebanking Award Winners for October

Kuwait – 14 December 2009:  Gulf Bank’s Telebanking team is committed to providing superior customer experience set against relentlessly ‘customer-driven’ priorities. To recognize the contribution of the team, Gulf Bank held their Telebanking Employee Recognition Ceremony for October 2009 to recognize its top performers.

 

The Telebanking monthly award, a recognition program designed to showcase Gulf Bank’s commitment to customer service, was hosted at Gulf Bank’s Head Office.

 

Aly Shalaby, General Manager of Retail Banking, Eman Ali, Head of Alternative Distribution Channels and Mr. Russel Sandlin, Head of the Contact Center were present to congratulate the team members on their outstanding performance.

 

The top performing team members were awarded trophies. The ‘Star Performance Award’ for outstanding performance was given to Mona Al-Hatab, Zainab Dashti, Bader Al-Qabandi, Ahmad El-Sayed, Johny Hasrouti, Waleed Sarkho, Zahraa Safieh and Mohammad Al-Jaraidan.

 

‘Employee of the Month’ was awarded to Johny Hasrouti, while the winner of the ‘Manager of the Month’ Award went to Jawad Hussain.

Waleed Sarkho, Zahraa Safieh and Johny Hasrouti were winners of the ‘Quality Champion Award of the Month.’
