Gulf Bank Employees Graduate New Induction Program with Honors
Kuwait –April 30 2012: Gulf Bank announced today that 22 new employees successfully completed their Induction Program, in the first quarter of 2012. The Program for newly recruited employees has been specially tailored by the Bank’s in-house Learning and Development department and aims to provide practical ways to develop employee skills into professional customer handling and customer relations through a five week-long series of technical and theoretical training courses.
Gulf Bank would like to congratulate its newly recruited employees on completing their Induction program. On this occasion Abdulrahman AlKhashti, Assistant Manager, Human Resources at Gulf Bank said: “Our internal strategy aims to build and improve skills of young Kuwaiti’s, who not only represent themselves, but also the Bank by being one of its prized assets.
We aim to have the best retained staff in the Kuwait through investing in the development of our employees as well as providing coaching and practical on the job training to ensure they are up to date with the latest customer relationship thinking to maximize customer satisfaction.”
