We promise to deliver your Gulf Bank cards, the same day

This means the following:

 

Debit and Credit Cards:

• In order to receive your new card on the same day, your Application should be made before 12 noon. You can pick up your new card from branches that operate during evening working hours*

• Applications for cards made between 12 - 7 PM will be delivered to your branch before 12 noon the next working day

We promise to disburse your loan, the same day

This means the following:

• If your Application is received by 12 noon, approval and deposit of funds will be completed and made available on the same day

• For Applications received after 12 noon, funds will be made available before 12 noon the next working day
  

We promise to finance your dream car, the same day

This means the following:

• If your Application is received by 12 noon, approval and deposit of your car loan will be completed and made available on the same day

• For Applications received after 12 noon, your car loan will be made available before 12 noon the next working day

We promise to deposit your salary, early morning

This means the following:

• Unless your employer specifies otherwise or your employer?s request is late, your salary will be credited to your account by 7AM on your payday
  

We promise to keep your queuing time, below 10 minutes

This means the following:

• You will wait 10 minutes or less prior to seeing the bank staff who will deal with your transaction (cash withdrawal, cash deposit, bank draft, telex transfer)

The word ?Application? wherever mentioned above shall mean the forms used by the Bank. These forms should be completed properly and all required supporting documents provided and accepted by the Bank.

 

Gulf Bank commits to all the"Promises" stated above unless or otherwise due to events beyond the control of the Bank, such as, system related issues with Central Bank of Kuwait (Ci-Net).

Required Documentation:

• Complete application (to be signed in branch by the customer)

• Updated salary certificate

• Salary continuation letter

• Copy of Civil ID

• Valid bank statements for non Gulf Bank customers
