![]() | I joined Gulf Bank in 2008, beginning my Gulf Bank journey in our Surra branch, working as a Teller and Relationship Officer. Here I learned many skills such as how to work under pressure, dealing with customers and helping them with any problems. I then transferred to the AML team where I now work as an AML Officer. Joining the AML team has been a great learning experience for me, understanding how to analyze, investigate and pinpoint threats to the Bank. I am now studying for my ACAMS exam to become a Certified AML Officer.Abdulwahab Al-Eisa, Anti-Money Laundering (AML) team![]() |

![]() | I am currently a Relationship Officer in the Yarmouk branch, having joined Gulf Bank at the end of 2007. My experience of working here has changed many things, in my behavior and how I communicate with others, through day-to-day practice and the Bank's training courses. On the communication courses, I have learned how to better explain the reasons for a decision, how to listen (actively) to customers and colleagues, as well as work better under pressure. In addition, through the teamwork courses, I have been taught how to seek others help and opinions and recognize now how by working together, as a team, we can achieve so much more.Musallam Al-Musallam - Al Yarmouk branch, Consumer Banking![]() |
