Employee Relations
Our relationship and employee satisfaction is reinforced in countless ways throughout Gulf Bank, from developmental opportunities to awards and recognition.
Other ways in which the satisfaction model is reinforced are:
- Local events hosted by Gulf Bank, such as company picnics, recognition functions and star awards
- Department meetings that disseminate critical news and allow an opportunity for employees to ask questions or provide feedback.
- The Open Door policy provides employees a means by which they can seek guidance and explanations
- Employee feedback is further solicited through our Employee Satisfaction Survey. The results are sorted and sent to each business unit so that action plans can be created to address areas that need improvement. These plans are implemented and monitored during the year and have been instrumental in securing actual improvements in our employee satisfaction.
