    Charges

    • Transfer from credit card to account will charge a fee of 5% or 1 KD whichever is more
    • SMS alert service will charge KD 10 per year
    • Cheque books will cost 2KD for 25 pages and 3KD for 50 pages
    • Account statement will charge 2.5 KD for the first page and 1 KD for each additional page through customer service representative
    • Account statement will charge 1 KD for the first page and 0.5 KD for each additional page through the phone
