  You can view your latest credit card statement online.  You will also receive a printed statement by post every month.
• How can I make a payment to my credit card?

   You have several options to make a payment on your credit card bills through:

  • Online Banking.  If you have a Gulf Bank Salary, Current or Savings account, you can login to Online Banking to make a single payment. Online Banking also allows you to set up standing orders.

  • Telebanking 805805: You can settle your bills through direct payment from your account by calling Telebanking on  805805 and our Customer Service Representatives will be delighted to assist you on any of your requirements.

  • Visit any Gulf Bank Branch
• If I pay online, when will that be posted to my account?
  Answer:

  It will get posted immediately.  The payment from your Gulf Bank account to settle your credit card payments through Gulf Bank's Online Banking Service or through Gulf Bank's Telebanking is posted instantly at anytime, including weekends and non-business working hours.
• What if I don't recognize a transaction?
  Answer:

  Please call Gulf Bank on 805805 immediately.  If you are outside Kuwait, please call us on +965 2444 383
• What if my credit card is lost or stolen?
  Answer:

  If your card is lost or stolen, you should immediately report this to Gulf Bank - Call 805805 or +965  2444 383 if you are outside Kuwait.  You won't be liable for any unauthorized purchases or withdrawals from your account when you notify Gulf Bank promptly.
• What is a credit card dispute?
  Answer:

  A credit card dispute is when you doubt a certain transaction that you may believe is inaccurate.  Examples may include:

  • Charges that list the wrong transaction date or amount

  • Duplicate charges

  • To dispute a credit card transaction, please call 805805. We will investigate the transaction and contact you right away. When you dispute a credit card transaction, no fees or interest will be incurred on the item. If a transaction has been posted to your account in error, we'll correct your account accordingly. If the transaction has not been posted in error, we will inform you of that, and any interest or fees occurring during the period will be charged to your account.
