• How are the actual draws conducted?
  Answer: The draws are conducted in the presence of a representative of the Ministry of Commerce. The Kuwait Ministry of Commerce supervises the process. All accounts that meet the eligibility are entered in the program, which randomly and electronically selects the winner, after assigning respective chance values.
• What happens if I win?
  Answer: If you win, the prize money is automatically deposited in your account immediately on the next business working day.
• What is the maximum number of chances I can accrue?
  Answer: There is no limit.  The higher your balance, or the longer you maintain that balance, the more chances you get.
• What is the qualifying period for Al Danah Draws?
  Answer: To qualify to enter an Al Danah draw, you need to open an account or maintain the minimum balance at least 2 month before the next draw date i.e. if you wish to open an account or if you wish to make additional deposits into your Al Danah account, you will need to do this before the closing date announcement. To find out the closing date announcement for each Al Danah draw, you can log on to Gulf Bank's website at www.e-gulfbank.com or call Telebanking at 805805 or enquire at any of Gulf Bank’s branches or even refer to Gulf Bank's advertisements in local newspapers, and you can make sure you are in time for the next Al Danah draw.
• Who can open an Al Danah account?
  Answer: Anyone in Kuwait can open an Al Danah account. All citizens and residents, male and female, old and young, can easily open an Al Danah account within minutes.  Minors however require their parents to open the account or their legal guardian.
