Yoga is a great way to relax and stay in shape, but where do you start when you don't know your Hatha from your Ashtanga? This experience offers an unintimidating introduction to the world of yoga. You'll have a mat class at London's fashionable triyoga centre, taught by some of the UK's best instructors. Your class will introduce the foundations for yoga mat practice, and you'll learn various methods for approaching a pose, as a well as basic alignments and actions that offer a key to working within your own form. If this sounds like jargon, don't worry - all will be made clear by the teachers at triyoga. You will receive a professional yoga mat which you can take home and continue practice with and also a scented eye pillow - why not try out both of these gifts during your session? This experience is an indulgence to leave you feeling stretched and refreshed, having learned tips to benefit your whole being for a lifetime.

More Information:

Duration: Your yoga class will last approximately one hour and fifteen minutes. Please be ready a few minutes in advance (we suggest you arrive up to 15 minutes early to give yourself time to change).

Dress Code: Dress comfortably in loose-fitting clothes and bring a towel and toiletries. Showers are available. You'll be asked to remove your shoes and turn off your mobile phone on arrival.

Availability: Seven days a week throughout the year (except Christmas Day and Boxing Day).
