Step into the state-of-the-art kitchen studio owned by Giancarlo and Katie Caldesi of BBC2's Return to Tuscany for a mouth-watering experience. Learn how to create delicious Italian dishes to wow friends and family - even if your culinary prowess extends no further than boiling an egg! On arrival, enjoy tea or coffee and biscotti or freshly made Focaccia. Then the chef will demonstrate the seasonal pasta dishes you're going to prepare. Pay attention, it's your turn next - get your apron on and your hands dirty creating your very own Italian masterpieces. Friendly, expert advice and help are on hand throughout, and once everything is cooked, you can reap the rewards of your hard work by sitting down to enjoy your creations in the light, airy kitchen seated area. Water, tea and coffee are available all day, and you'll also take home a free gift.

Participant Guidelines: The venue welcomes disabled participants and offers full wheelchair access.

Duration: In total, expect your experience to last around four hours, starting at 10.30am for lunch courses or 6.30pm for evenings. Preparation and cooking (three types of pasta and six sauces) should last approximately two and a half hours.

Spectators: The masterclass is just for you, but you can purchase a ticket for a dining guest to join you (code CCLIG) to share the results.

Dress Code: Aprons are provided to protect your clothes whilst cooking. If you'd like to visit the restaurant area, dress code is smart casual with no trainers please.

Availability: Weekend dates approximately three times a year.
