Unlike some top chefs, Anton Mosimann doesn't spend half his life on TV - but his cooking is all the better for it. He's the holder of the Royal Warrant for Catering Services to HRH the Prince of Wales, and he's been awarded an OBE. Your experience begins with a coffee and a tour of the Mosimann Academy, which Anton set up as a centre of learning and excellence in cooking. The tour will take in Anton's amazing private library, which contains over 6,000 cookery books, dating from as far back as the 15th century. Then you'll watch a cookery demonstration by a top chef, where you'll be able to pick up a few new skills, before being whisked by coach to Mosimann's, the renowned private dining club in Belgravia. Relax in the splendid surroundings of one of the private dining rooms - the building was originally used as a church in Victorian times - and enjoy a fantastic three-course dinner.
