  Only you can open the safety deposit box. With the dual key system, you will keep one key and the other remains at the branch, and the box can only be opened by turning both keys together and at the same time.

Mobile Banking

• What is the difference between SMS Banking Service and Mobile Banking?
  Answer:

  SMS Banking Service is Gulf Bank?s alert service (also known as a push message) that alerts you of any transactions on your accounts (eg: point of sale purchase, account credit, account debit, ATM withdrawals etc).  Mobile Banking on the other hand allows you to access your accounts via your smartphone to perform an array of transactions (transfers, account statement check, payments etc).

  Mobile Banking offers a secure and convenient menu-based application that enables you to conduct your banking needs on the move directly from your smart phone.  There is no need to come to branch and queue to order cheque books; inquire about your account balance, statements, process payments, etc.

Business Saver Account

• How much money do I need to open this account?

  In order to open a business saver account you must make a deposit of KD 10,000.

• What are the features of this account?
  Answer:

  The Business Saver Account offers competitive tiered interest rates and a special feature of a checking facility, which allows instant access of funds.   A total of 3 debit transactions are allowed during a month, if more then 3 withdrawals are made no interest will be received.
