Gulf Bank Chief Marketing Officer Najla Aleisa Named Among the Middle East’s Most Influential Marketing Leaders

Forbes has selected Gulf Bank Chief Marketing Officer Najla Aleisa for its 2026 list of the Middle East’s most influential marketing leaders.

Aleisa assumed her current role in 2024 and has played a pivotal role in strengthening Gulf Bank’s brand presence, increasing customer engagement, and supporting the growth of the Bank’s brand value to USD 237 million.

She has led several high-impact initiatives, most notably the “A Piece of Me” corporate social responsibility campaign during the holy month of Ramadan. The large-scale clothing collection initiative gathered more than 60 tonnes of clothing and achieved a Guinness World Records title.
