Kuwait , August 8, 2006: Gulf Bank recently sponsored an event held at the Hilton Hotel on the 4th & 5th August 2006. The event was primarily organized to raise funds for war-torn Lebanon.

The "Football Craze" event attracted spectators, participants and team members who enjoyed two days of fun in the sun with numerous games, entertainment and "FOOTBALL"

Gulf Bank's mini football team representing Lebanon, won 1st place, with MTC-Vodafone , representing Kuwait in 2nd place and The Commercial Bank of Kuwait representing Brazil in 3rd place. On behalf of Gulf Bank management and staff we thank the organizers for an event that was not only enjoyable but also commendable.
