Kuwait, 9 December 2018: Gulf Bank hosted its annual Human Resources (HR) Gala, celebrating the year’s highlights and achievements, and honouring employees who have exceeded in performance over the course of the year. Held on 5th December, the bank hosted the event at Alrayya Ballroom.

The highly-anticipated event is a formal awards ceremony that welcomes the bank’s executive leaders, senior managers and top performers across all departments. In addition to the award ceremony recognising star employees, the evening presented the opportunity to remind staff of the years’ highlights and milestones. From the launch of the fifth edition of the AJYAL program, as well as congratulating the graduates of the programs fourth edition. The ceremony provided employees with the opportunity to celebrate the incredible HR initiatives launched throughout the year.

Teams and individuals who have embraced numerous initiatives throughout the year were applauded. From those who have continuously strived to impact tomorrow’s future bankers and leaders through volunteering with INJAZ projects, to those who embrace the banks focus on engagement and customer service, striving for excellence.

Speaking on the ceremony Mrs. Salma Al-Hajjaj, General Manager Human Resources at Gulf Bank said: “Every year we see our staff go above and beyond their job description and we couldn’t be prouder.
