Kuwait Airport .. the new destination of Gulf Bank

Opened its 53rd branch in the arrival hall - Terminal 1

As part of its commitment to provide the best banking services that suit the needs of the increasing number of customers, Gulf Bank inaugurated a new branch at Kuwait International Airport, in the arrival hall - Terminal 1, bringing the number of its branches covering various regions of Kuwait to 53.

 

The official opening of the branch took place in the presence of Gulf Bank’s CEO, Mr. Tony Daher and Deputy CEO, Waleed Khaled Mandani, as well as a number of the Bank’s executive leaders, and representatives from the Ministry of Interior and the Directorate General of Civil Aviation.

 

On this occasion, General Manager of Consumer Banking, Mohammed Al Qattan, said that our presence at the airport comes to serve our customers throughout the day, especially travelers and those wishing to complete their transactions, after the end of the official working hours for other branches, in order to provide the best and easiest services, and the utmost comfort for customers during the completion of their transactions.

 

He pointed out that the bank's five-year strategy puts the customer at the center of its attention, and aims to provide a distinctive, easy and fast banking experience, through the implementation of an ambitious project for digital transformation of services and products, which consolidates Gulf Bank's leading position in Kuwait as a bank for the future.

 

He also added: "The new branch is distinguished by its modern design and fast and advanced banking services, as we have been keen to apply the latest technology necessary to serve our customers, as we have always been accustomed to, and in line with the great developments witnessed by banking services globally.”

For his part, Assistant General Manager and Head of Branch Banking at Gulf Bank- Basel Al Assad said that the airport branch is fully serviced, providing customers with all banking services from opening accounts, requesting loans, applying for credit cards, making withdrawals and deposits, and transferring and exchanging currencies, and soon, we will provide a safe deposit box service around the clock for the first time in Kuwait, allowing travelers to keep their valuables and jewelry until their return to Kuwait, in addition to the instant issuance of credit cards.

 

He noted that the branch operates seven days a week from 8:30 am to 11:30 pm in the first phase, to become 24 hours in the second phase, as part of our continuous efforts to provide the best services to our customers in the place they want us to be. and at the time they specify.
