As part of its commitment to developing national talent and strengthening institutional excellence, Gulf Bank has launched the “Beyond AJYAL” program in collaboration with Euromoney Learning, one of the world’s leading institutions in banking, financial, and leadership training.

“Beyond AJYAL” is an advanced program specifically designed to develop mid-level Kuwaiti leaders holding managerial positions, preparing them to lead the future in line with the directions and pillars of Kuwait Vision, particularly the creative human capital pillar.

The program aims to enhance advanced leadership skills, empower national talent to assume future leadership roles, and strengthen their ability to adapt to the demands of a rapidly evolving economic environment. It also plays a key role in supporting Kuwaitization plans and the Bank’s sustainable growth strategy.

On this occasion, Mr. Hamed Al-Tamimi, Acting General Manager of Human Resources at Gulf Bank, stated:“The launch of the Beyond AJYAL program represents a strategic step toward strengthening the capabilities of Kuwaiti human capital and preparing them for leadership positions, ensuring the Bank’s continued success and excellence.”

The program features a comprehensive training framework that combines global best practices with experiential learning approaches, delivered through a strategic partnership with a leading international institution, contributing to the preparation of young leaders for senior management positions within the Bank.
