Gulf Bank announced the renewal of its strategic partnership with INJAZ Kuwait, reaffirming its long-standing commitment to empowering Kuwaiti youth and equipping them with the skills required to succeed in a rapidly evolving labor market.

The renewed partnership reflects Gulf Bank’s continued focus on investing in young people through impactful training and entrepreneurship programs that enhance students’ practical capabilities, strengthen their leadership potential, and prepare them to become active contributors to Kuwait’s future development.

Spanning more than 20 years, the partnership between Gulf Bank and INJAZ has supported thousands of high school and university students, helping to develop a new generation of future leaders, entrepreneurs, and skilled professionals.

On this occasion, Gulf Bank’s Chief Marketing Officer, Mrs. Najla Aleisa, affirmed that the partnership forms an integral part of the Bank’s five-year strategy and aligns with Kuwait Vision 2035, both of which place strong emphasis on youth development, human capital, and sustainable national progress.

She said: “At Gulf Bank, we believe that investing in youth is a true investment in the future of Kuwait. Our partnership with INJAZ goes beyond institutional cooperation. It represents a long-term commitment to empowering students with the practical, financial, and leadership skills they need to enter the labor market with confidence and contribute meaningfully to the country’s development.”

The successful partnership between Gulf Bank and INJAZ contributed to training nearly 25,000 male and female students during the 2025/2026 academic year, with the participation of Gulf Bank employee volunteers. Through their involvement, volunteers supported youth across a variety of programs, including Innovation Camp, More than Money, Career Success, How to Start, Job Shadowing, and Company Program.

For her part, Chief Executive Officer of INJAZ, Mrs. Laila Hilal AlMutairi, said: “Our partnership with Gulf Bank extends over many years and stands as an exceptional example of collaboration. It has enabled INJAZ to reach thousands of students and provide them with quality programs in entrepreneurship, work readiness, and financial literacy.”

She added: “We are proud of this cooperation, which reflects Gulf Bank’s belief in the importance of investing in youth. This partnership represents a successful model of collaboration between the private sector and nonprofit organizations, and contributes to preparing a new generation of future leaders while supporting entrepreneurship through programs that equip students to establish startups and pursue successful careers.”

Since its establishment in 2005, INJAZ has trained more than 150,000 male and female students through programs focused on three key areas: work readiness, entrepreneurship, and financial literacy. The association continues to support young people by preparing them with the knowledge, skills, and confidence needed to address future challenges and pursue meaningful career paths.

INJAZ is a nonprofit organization affiliated with Junior Achievement Worldwide and operates with the support of Kuwait’s private sector. Through its strategic partnerships with the business and education sectors, and with the support of qualified volunteers, the association delivers educational programs in Arabic and English on entrepreneurship and leadership skills, with the aim of building successful career pathways for Kuwaiti youth.
