Gulf Bank successfully concluded its “Beyond Ajyal” Leadership Development Program, delivered in collaboration with Euromoney over four months. The program aimed to strengthen the capabilities of the Bank’s mid-level managers and prepare them to assume greater leadership responsibilities in the future.
The program reflects Gulf Bank’s continued commitment to investing in human capital and developing national talent by building a strong pipeline of qualified leaders capable of responding to developments in the banking sector while supporting the Bank’s strategic priorities and future direction.
“Beyond Ajyal” provided participants with a comprehensive learning journey covering several key areas, including self-leadership, organizational leadership, innovation, strategic thinking, and business acumen. These modules were designed to enhance participants’ leadership skills, broaden their professional perspectives, and strengthen their ability to make effective decisions.
The program also featured specialized educational content on Islamic banking, covering regulatory and supervisory frameworks, innovative Islamic financial products, financing solutions for individuals and businesses, and advanced risk management. This content helped enhance participants’ readiness to navigate future developments and opportunities within the banking sector.
