As part of its unwavering commitment to social responsibility and continuous support for the education sector, Gulf Bank announced its contribution to covering school tuition fees for a number of students from underprivileged families. The initiative is being carried out in cooperation with the Kuwait Red Crescent Society under the “Back to School” campaign, which aims to support students and alleviate the financial burden on families as the new academic year begins.

This initiative is an extension of the long-standing strategic partnership between Gulf Bank and the Kuwait Red Crescent Society. Over the years, the partnership has resulted in numerous humanitarian and community-focused initiatives designed to support various segments of society, particularly underprivileged families. These efforts have included humanitarian assistance, support for community and relief initiatives, and programs aimed at enhancing social solidarity while fostering a culture of giving and volunteerism.

Following the reception of a delegation from the Kuwait Red Crescent Society, Ms. Najla Aleisa, Chief Marketing Officer at Gulf Bank, emphasized that the Bank takes pride in its enduring strategic partnership with the Society. She praised the Society’s pioneering humanitarian and social role at both the local and international levels through its relief efforts, assistance programs, and support for those in need.

Aleisa noted that the Kuwait Red Crescent Society serves as a model in humanitarian and volunteer work through the valuable services and initiatives it provides, which strengthen social cohesion and promote the values of generosity and human solidarity. She reaffirmed Gulf Bank’s commitment to continuing its collaboration with the Society to implement more initiatives that benefit society and support vulnerable groups.

For his part, Mr. Fawaz AlMazrouei, Director General of the Kuwait Red Crescent Society, presented a letter of appreciation to Najla Aleisa, recognizing Gulf Bank’s distinguished support for the Society’s humanitarian and community programs and activities.

AlMazrouei expressed his deep appreciation for Gulf Bank’s contributions and ongoing social responsibility initiatives, commending the Bank’s dedication to supporting the humanitarian and charitable projects undertaken by the Society.
