A new login policy has been implemented on the 2nd November 2014 to ensure that all users accessing Gulf Bank Online/Mobile Banking through our various portals (Website, Mobile Browser, and Mobile Application) will go through a slightly altered login process that will be as follows:
- Login Name
- Security Question
- Image
- Password (ATM pin will be removed)
The changes will affect all users both existing and new.
Password Policy

Password should be minimum 7 characters.

Password should be maximum 10 characters.

Password can contain lowercase alphabets.

Password can contain uppercase alphabets.

Password can contain numeric characters.

Password should contain at least 1 Lowercase alphabets.

Password should contain at least 1 Uppercase alphabets.

Password should contain at least 1 Numeric characters.

Password can contain 2 successive characters.

Password can contain 2 repetitions.

No Special Characters allowed.
User Id Policy

User id should be minimum 4 characters.

User id should be maximum 20 characters.

User id can contain uppercase alphabets.

User id can contain lowercase alphabets.

User id can contain numeric characters.
-
User id can contain 2 successive characters.

User id can contain 2 repetitions.

No Special Characters allowed.
